FINALGUARD HV is a roller grade styrene acrylic water-based elastomer roof coating designed as a topcoat for use over new and existing smooth surfaced or granulated built up, modified bitumen, metal, new or existing spray polyurethane foam roof and single ply roofing systems. It is also formulated as a basecoat over EPDM and aged TPO surfaces.
