KM Acryl 40-HS is a high solids, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. KM Acryl 40-HS offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system and lower overall life cycle costs. When applied in white, KM Acryl 40-HS is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.
