Roof Mate Base Coating combines acrylic emulsion polymers, powerful biocides and non-migrating fire resistance for superior physical properties, weatherproofing, adhesion, durability, mildew resistance, and fire retardancy. United Coatings Roof Mate Base Coating was especially developed for use in embedding reinforcement fabric at roof detail areas. United Coatings Roof Mate Base Coating is a "breathing" coating, allowing moisture vapor to pass through the film while remaining impervious to mass water penetration. Roof Mate Base Coating is formulated to achieve superior adhesion over metal, conventional built-up, modified bitumen, single-ply, concrete, board-stock and sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam, and composite shingle roof substrates.
