HE517 - Metalshield Rubber Based White is a rubberized polymer (SBS), solvent based roof coating designed to provide a highly elastomeric, weather, monolithic and UV resistant protective coating which exhibits excellent cold temperature elongation, tensile strength, and adhesion properties. HE517 - Metalshield® Rubber Based White has exceeded 5000 hours of testing in a Weather-O-Meter without failure. Upon completion of the prep-work and seaming operations, the complete MetalShield® Rubber Based Elastomeric Roof System can be applied in two applications by brush or (preferably) commercial grade spray equipment designed for solvent based coatings.
