About this product
SWS weatherproofing sealant is a single-component, neutral cure silicone, which is an excellent candidate for use in new or remedial weathersealing applications. SWS exhibits negligible change in physical properties after weathering and upon cure, becomes a low-modulus, formed-in-place durable rubber building joint & glazing sealant. SWS sealant can be used in place of organic sealants for expansion joints, window perimeters, curtainwall frames, and more. It is also effective for sealing pre-cast or site-cast concrete and tilt-up concrete joints. SWS sealant securely bonds without a primer to many substrates and finishes, including glass, polycarbonate, vinyl, plastics, wood, painted and anodized aluminum, brick, terracotta, ceramic and porcelain materials, concrete, and natural stones.
