Drill-Tec Steel Plates are made of Galvalume coated steel. These plates should be used for lap seam fastening. Drill-Tec 3" plates should be used when fastening insulation. The round design provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation or membrane. These plates are designed to be used with Drill-Tec fasteners.
