FlashCo's Square Top Vents are prefabricated gravity vents that allow free flowing air to the vented area. The Square Top vent is located on the roof deck and easily installed by lifting the membrane flange and fastening the sub base to the deck. FlashCo's Square Top vents are constructed with a painted metal sub base, a reinforced membrane boot, and a painted metal hood. The prefabricated membrane boot is made to be compatible with the roofing system. Plastic mesh is incorporated on top of the sub base to keep insects out. FlashVents are designed for ease of application and require no field fabrication greatly reducing labor cost.
