ER Systems Acrylic 1000 FG is a smooth easy to apply acrylic latex caulk. Acrylic 1000 FG is designed to fill holes, cracks, joints and provide a long lasting seal between most common construction materials. Features: Easy to work and extrude Highly flexible over a wide temperature range May be coated over with acrylic coatings or paints Initial skin formation typically occurs within an hour Tenacious adhesion to various substrates Uses: Acrylic 1000 FG Acrylic Caulk is designed to seal openings and to patch cracks in active moving joints and penetrations. Application: Acrylic 1000 FG is designed for use with standard caulking guns or industrial pump and approximately 30:1 ratio, flow gun equipment, can be used successfully for sealant application. Dry tooling is recommended. If necessary, dampen tool with a small amount of clean water.
