The DOWSIL NS Parking Structure Sealant is a non-sagging and neutral-cure formula The DOWSIL NS Parking Structure Sealant offers use for a wide range of structural purposes, such as sidewalks, parking lots, pedestrian bridges, plazas, transfer docks, etc. The formula is suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces, providing excellent weatherproofing and resilience against elements and extreme temperatures. This innovative formula can be applied at any temperature and provides unprimed adhesion to most surfaces. The one-part formula cures to a low-modulus silicone rubber that provides high movement capability and flexibility after curing. It seals irregular surfaces and offers durable protection against water and moisture. The highly reliable formulation stays rubbery and flexible even during extreme temperatures without tearing or cracking. In addition to this, the sealant is highly resilient, preventing stones or debris from settling. Best of all, the sealant is easy to use and provides the best results when applied at cold temperatures.
