Designed to meet the tough standards demanded for professional window and door installations while effectively filling and sealing large cracks, gaps and voids. Unlike polyurethane foams, DAPtex® Plus will not overexpand, is toolable, moldable and cleans up easily with water. Remains soft and flexible when dry so it will not bow, buckle or distort frames. The innovative latex polymer foam technology provides water resistance and is paintable with latex paints once cured. It is the best choice for sealing around windows and doors during installation. DAPtex® seals out drafts, eliminates energy loss, and prevents pest infiltration. Its reusable, non-clogging applicator and easy soap and water clean up eliminates the waste and mess of other insulating foam sealants. It is toolable, moldable and can be painted with latex paint once cured. The cured foam remains flexible, minimizing the need to trim excess application.
