3" Face. Eave trim is generally the first component to be installed on a roof. The concealed cleat is applied on the fascia of the eaves. The style B eave trim is attached to the concealed cleat, and fastened to the deck with pan head screws at 12" on center. The offset cleat is applied on the top of the style B eave trim. The bottom edge of the cleat should be flush with the roof's edge. Mastic is applied beneath all offset cleats.
