Carlisle's X-Tenda Coat Acrylic Coating is a water-based, high-solids elastomeric coating that provides excellent durability, resistance to fire, weatherproofing, UV, algae, and mildew. Designed to perform as a color coating as well as a weathering surface, Carlisle's X-Tenda Coat can significantly extend the life of existing TPO, EPDM, PVC, Hypalon®, smooth BUR, metal, SBS, and APP modified bitumen roofs. X-Tenda Coat forms a waterproof elastomeric seal, uniformly covering the textured profile of various substrates to form a monolithic membrane and providing protection from aging, weathering and ultraviolet exposure.
