Pre-assembled ASAP (Assembled Screw And Plate) InsulfFast Fasteners consist of a standard #12 InsulFast insulation fastener with a 3" round metal insulation plate or plastic locking insulation plate. ASAP InsulFast Fasteners are used to attach insulation to wood (minimum 15/32" (12 mm) CDX plywood) or steel decks (22-gauge (0.76 mm) or heavier) and are compatible with Sure-Seal®, Sure-Flex™, and Sure-Weld® mechanically-fastened and fully- adhered roofing systems. ASAP fasteners boost productivity by greatly reducing installation time when compared to loose fasteners and plates.
