About this product
Prime-Tek Bleed Block Primer is a water-based, rust-inhibiting primer that blocks "bleed-through" from mod bit, asphaltic, and slightly rustysubstrates. It can also be used to protect metal substrates. Prime-Tek Bleed Block Primer is based on cross-linking technologies that allow forlow VOC levels and enhanced corrosion resistance and adhesive properties. This product dries quickly and has excellent resistance to heat, cold, moisture, and weathering.
