RAM Primer & Surface Conditioner is a general utility asphaltic prime coat for concrete, gypsum, masonry, brick and metal surfaces over which waterproofing, damp proofing, roof coatings and other asphalt products are to be applied. Manufactured from oxidized asphalt and a solvent blend, this material promotes the adhesion of hot and cold applied asphalt based coatings to cementitious surfaces, asphalt membranes and metal roof components.
