A premium of asphalts and solvents formulated to penetrate and restore lost oils of old, dry roofing felts and asphalt built up roofing due to weathering. Applied as directed, Low V.O.C. Asphalt Primer provides a sound base for the application of asphalt coatings, emulsions, adhesives and cements. Low V.O.C. Asphalt Primer is also designed for use on weathered metal and previously uncoated concrete roofs.
