About this product
The standard grade aluminum reflective coating is manufactured from a blend of premium asphalts and solvents and carefully formulated with select non-asbestos fibers, special fillers and 1.3 pounds of aluminum paste per gallon. Its unique formulation provides a smoother, more even texture as it is brushed on than do most aluminum fibered coatings. When the coating is applied, the aluminum flakes form even, overlapping layers at the surface. This structure protects the coating and the roof surface below as reflective armor from the sun, wind, rain, ice and snow.
