Seal Trust™ Perimeter Strip is a reinforced EPDM membrane to be installed under the rubber at the perimeter of roofs or at angle changes greater than 4" in height. Perimeter Strip comes with 3" butyl mastic sealer for installation to EPDM or TPO membrane using Tape Primer. Installation around the perimeter using 2"or 3" steel plates attached to the roof deck prior to installation of the membrane. Clean the back of the sheet at the area of contact with the butyl mastic. Carefully pull release paper off the mastic and press into place. Then roll membrane into mastic using steel roller for optimum results.
