About this product
Elastobase SA membrane is a self-adhered, elastomeric base ply low-slope roofing product manufactured using patented ADESO® dual-compound self-adhered technology, whereby a “true” Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastobase SA membrane is built with a reinforced fiberglass mat which provides strength and excellent dimensional stability. Elastobase SA is designed to be used as a base sheet in “Stick 1 – Torch 1” applications where the cap sheet is heat welded. Elastobase SA is also approved for use in a full self-adhered system. Polyglass offers a variety of compatible APP and SBS torch cap sheets. Elastobase SA membrane is finished with a film top surface and a split release film on the bottom surface.
