Metal Sales PVDF pre-painted, Galvanized Steel provided in Flat Sheet is intended for general sheet metal use in building construction. Common uses include field-formed roof panels, trims, wall panels and flashings. The Zinc coating designation is G90 (Z275). The top coat paint film is PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), two-coat, roll-coated system containing Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® resin. The back coat paint film is polyester. Strippable film can provide protection from scratches and abrasion during transportation, forming and installation. The surface is streak-free and smooth with no blistering or other imperfections.
