Malarkey Roofing Products® EZ Seal System is waterproof, flexible, self-adhering, and ideal for access-restricted and difficult waterproofing conditions. EZ Seal conforms and bonds directly to the substrate and penetrations, eliminates the need for caulk and pitch pans, and is virtually maintenance free.
