JM EPDM Pourable Sealer Pockets are one-piece, prefabricated units with a wide base flange. Each pocket has a pre-applied pressure sensitive tape on the bottom of the base flange which provides quick installation and excellent uniform bonding to the membrane. It is use to seal difficult-to-flash penetrations through the membrane.
