About this product
DynaLastic® 250 FR CR is a polyester-reinforced, fire-resistant SBS modified bitumen sheet. The polyester mat provides excellent tensile strength, toughness and puncture resistance, and can accommodate stresses created by typical rooftop expansion and contraction forces. It incorporates the features of a tough polyester mat that is saturated and coated with a blend of SBS rubber, high-quality asphalt and fire-retardant additives. The covering layer of a white, acrylic coating combined with ceramic-coated roofing granules provides durability along with superior resistance to damage from foot traffic, as well as the benefits of a reflective, emissive surface.
