About this product
CLAD-GARD R underlayment is a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) rubber modified; self-adhesive membrane reinforced with a non-woven fiberglass mat. CLAD-GARD R underlayment has textured, skid resistant traction film on the top surface and a silicone-treated, split-back opaque release liner on the bottom surface. CLADGARD R material is used as an underlayment with UNA-CLAD™ metal roof assemblies. CLAD-GARD R underlayment is also suitable for use under mechanically attached tile and shingles and reseals around nails. CLAD-GARD R underlayment has a minimum application temperature of 40 °F (4 °C), a maximum service temperature of 230 °F (110 °C) and can remain exposed to UV for up to 60 days.
