SureMB 70 SA Base Ply is a smooth sand surface SBS (Styrene-ButadieneStyrene) self-adhered membrane. Manufactured with a fiberglass mat that is saturated and coated with a premium quality bitumen with durable SBS elastomer with a poly release liner for easy installation. It is designed to be used as an air and vapor barrier and/or a temporary roof (for up to 60 days). Insulation may be adhered directly to the SA 70 using our Flexible FAST adhesive. SureMB 70 SA can be used in Carlisle's multiple ply systems as a base ply. Our AFX TPO, AFX EPDM, or FleeceBACK KEE HP can be install over SA 70 Base using type III or IV asphalt or Cold-Applied Adhesive. Standard FleeceBACK product can be adhered with Flexible FAST.
