About this product
Sure-Seal One Part Pourable Sealer is a black single component, moisture curing, elastomeric polyether sealant that is compatible with Sure-Seal EPDM membranes. The material is designed to provide a durable, flexible and long lasting seal around hard-to-flash penetrations in Sure-Seal Roofing Systems. It provides rapid skin time when exposed to atmospheric moisture forming a waterproof rubber surface in less than one hour. Moisture curing continues, until a 2 inch deep solid rubber seal encases the penetration. Complete cure time will vary depending on relative humidity and temperature. Its consistency allows for quick pocket filling without mixing. Carlisle's HP-250 or LVOC Primer must be applied to all EPDM surfaces, including cured membrane and uncured flashing, that will be in contact with Sure-Seal One Part Pourable Sealer. Primer should not be applied to the plastic (HDPE) strip that is part of the Sure-Seal Pourable Sealer Pocket. Unused sealant remaining in a pouch will remain useable up to 30 days if pouch is resealed with original cap. This Sealer is designed to provide a flexible, durable and long lasting seal around hard-to-flash penetrations in Sure-Seal Roofing Systems.
