Westcoat WP-25 Metal Lath is a high quality, G60 hot-dipped galvanized steel, expanded metal lath. It has a carefully formed diamond pattern to allow for proper embedment of Westcoat cements. WP-25 has a weight of 2.5 pounds per square yard and comes in 97 inch long by 27 inch wide sheets. WP-25 Metal Lath is stapled to the plywood on Westcoat’s ALX™, ALX™ Pro, ALX™ Interior, ALX™ Waterproofing Underlayment and ALX™/ALX™ Pro Solar Reflective Finish systems to provide reinforcement and allow the cements to bond to the plywood.
