Engineered Nailing Hem : The specially engineered nailing hem features right-sized nail slots designed to allow proper expansion and contraction of individual panels to accommodate for natural fluctuations in temperature. Temperature Markings : are included in each panel to designate the proper gap between panels during installation. Composite polymer material is injection molded for a stronger panel that resists dents and dings. Unique continuous lock holds panels snug and secure against the wall. Random patterns and varying gaps in the panel design hide seams. Longer, single-course structure looks more natural on the wall and minimizes installation waste. Exclusive nail hem simplifies installation because no center nail is needed. Deep, detailed grain looks more like real cedar. Matching mitered corners for a perfectly finished look.
