The TRUFAST #12 Purlin Fastener is a self-drilling fastener engineered to secure single-ply roofing membrane to structural steel purlins in standing seam metal roof recover applications. The specially designed long pilot point prevents the existing metal roof panel from "jacking" up the threads during the drilling operation, thereby reducing point burnout and breakage.
