Simply push the sturdy handle to the side and the line is free wheeling without the handle spinning. Release the pressure and the line locks in place. This unit is in a corrosion free, chrome plated, scratch free A.B.S. case which is lightweight but exceedingly strong. Includes a quick fill, self-sealing rubber grommet for fast refilling.
