Polyanchor HU PLUS is a mechanically attached roof underlayment engineered with reinforced fabric exterior facers bonded to a high-performance modified bitumen core. Featuring patent-pending Tri-Strata™ Technology, its three-layer construction integrates high strength fabric facers with over 80% of the product composition consisting of a premium modified bitumen core to deliver exceptional tear resistance, flexibility and long-term weather durability. It is built to maintain performance under increased jobsite traffic, wind uplift, and prolonged exposure during installation across more demanding deck conditions. The premium modified bitumen core enhances sealability around fasteners, helping provide stronger protection against moisture intrusion at nail penetration points. Suitable for a wide range of roof coverings, Polyanchor HU PLUS is the preferred choice when a tougher, more robust underlayment solution is needed due to rough or uneven surfaces commonly found in re-roof applications.
