The SL8R Punch produces wider, more prominent rectangular tab projections for securing vinyl skirting or siding to finishing trim. The raised tabs grip a greater surface area and guard against dislodging due to relaxation of vinyl from heat or blowout during times of high pressure and wind. Constructed of hardened steel stampings and rugged investment cast alloy steel jaws with rust-resistant nickel plate and black oxide finishes to ensure long service life. For use with vinyl only. Not recommended for use below 32°F (0°C).
