Use this Scarifier to easily scratch plaster undercoats so finish coat bonds and doesn't separate. The steel tines are placed aproximately apart for even coverage on the surface. The 31 tines have a light flexibility to them allowing them the give to produce the proper effect. The entire tool is welded together for strength. The handle extends up to allow a firm grip of the tool when dragging along walls. The handle is painted red to extend the life of the tool. The red is easy to spot on a jobsite. The handle forms a loop that can act as a hanging hole for easy storage. Proudly made in the USA.
