It's Design for enhanced job-site durability and long-term product performance, WEATHERMATE™ Plus Housewrap is for builders who want superior protection against the elements and it's forms a continuous protective membrane that protects walls from damaging bulk water and air infiltration, safeguarding against costly energy loss. It reduces drafts, increasing home comfort. The superior water resistance reduces the potential for water infiltration that may lead to mold and water damage of underlying water sensitive wood sheathing. The engineered water vapor permeability enables water vapor behind the housewrap to escape to the exterior, thereby helping the wall dry from the inside out.
