The Intex Hampton Extruded Rail System is an economical rail solution with performance superior to composite railing. Made from 100% Extruded Cellular PVC, Hampton Rail Kits will not rot, crack, cup, split or warp like wood. This carton-packed kit, for 36" x 96" rail section includes: 1 - 3-1/2" Flat Rail Cap, 2 - Common Rails, 2 - Aluminum Reinforcement Rails (1 each for top & bottom), 18 - Balusters, Hardware and Crush Blocks. Designed and packed as a straight/level run rail kit, the section can be used for stairs when installed with the Hampton Stair Bracket Kit (sold separately). If used for stairs, this rail will not meet code, for graspability.
